This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) defines the terms for using SignOS Digital Signage and all related systems (the “System”). Any natural or legal person (the “User”) who logs in or uses the System in any way is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
The System includes digital signage services, content management, remote screen control, and visual media publishing modules. All software, content, design, and management tools provided within the service are owned by SignOS Digital Signage.
The User agrees not to share account credentials or access permissions with third parties and accepts full responsibility for actions performed through the account. Misuse, unlawful content, data manipulation, or any action harming service operation may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
By using the System, the User consents to collection, processing, and storage of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, for service continuity, security checks, and operational communication.
Service fees are paid according to the active plan or contract terms. If payment obligations are not fulfilled on time, service may be suspended. SignOS is not liable for losses resulting from suspension.
SignOS may suspend, terminate, or restrict access in case of breach of this Agreement, misuse, or payment defaults. The User accepts that data may be partially or fully deleted upon termination.
SignOS makes reasonable efforts for uninterrupted service, but is not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by internet outages, power failures, server failures, natural disasters, fire, or cyberattacks.
All software, visuals, designs, texts, logos, and trademarks in the System belong to SignOS. The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement is subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolian Side, and Turkish law shall apply.
By logging in, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
