Subscription and In-App Purchase Agreement

1. Subscription Services

The Service may offer subscriptions that automatically renew. Please read this Agreement carefully before starting a trial or completing a purchase for the auto-renewing subscription service.

To avoid being charged, you must affirmatively cancel a subscription or a trial in your app store's account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period.

If you are unsure how to cancel a subscription or a trial, please visit the app store's support website or our website, depending on where you have purchased your subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions and trials.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Restos Ltd regarding your use of the Company's websites, mobile apps, and other services (the "Service"), including all textual, graphic, video, music, software, and other content available through the Service (the "Content").

Your access and use of the Service constitute your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a legally binding contractual relationship between you and the Company. For this reason, PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.

Please also review our Privacy Policy. The terms of the Privacy Policy and other supplemental terms, policies, or documents that may be posted on the Service from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason.

3. Unauthorized Use and Responsibility

In order to use certain features of the Service, you may need to register an account ("Account") and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to the Company that: (i) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (ii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (iii) your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation or these Terms.

The Service is not intended to be used by individuals under the age of 16. You hereby represent and warrant to the Company that you meet the foregoing qualification. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Service. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms prior to using the Service.

4. Service Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, interrupt, or suspend the Service at any time without notice or liability.

You are solely responsible for obtaining the equipment and telecommunication services necessary to access the Service, and all fees associated therewith (such as computing devices and Internet service provider and airtime charges).

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content and materials (e.g., texts, images, logos, databases, software) available on the Service are the property of Restos Ltd or third parties and are protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content and materials is prohibited without the Company's permission.

You agree not to use the Company's or the Service's content and materials in any way without the Company's prior permission.

6. Third-Party Advertisements

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources and advertisements for third parties (collectively, "Third-Party Ads"). Such Third-Party Ads are not under the control of the Company, and the Company is not responsible for any Third-Party Ads. The Company provides these Third-Party Ads only as a convenience and does not review, approve, monitor, endorse, warrant, or make any representations with respect to Third-Party Ads.

You acknowledge that your interactions with Third-Party Ads and any resulting transactions or dealings are solely between you and the third party, and the Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such interactions.

7. Agreement Changes

The Company reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement unilaterally. Changes will be communicated to you by updating the "Last updated" date of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or any changes made to it, you may discontinue the use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no guarantees that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations or provide any benefit.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any interactions with third-party websites or resources.

9. Premium Features: Subscription Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation

Access to certain aspects of our app are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). If you choose to purchase a Subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current Billing Cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current Billing Cycle. You may manage or cancel your Subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

We do not send invoices to users that purchase a Subscription. Your account balance information can be accessed by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

All purchases are final. We cannot and do not issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. If you have a billing dispute, you must contact the App Store to seek a remedy.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, or your access to the Service, with or without notice to you, in the event that you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the Service and deleting your Account.

11. Effectiveness of the Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire and complete agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.

This Agreement shall become effective upon being signed by the authorized representatives of the parties.
